How to have ANYONE Comment (Cheroes you will need to know this)

Ok lots of you don't have anonymous and Name/URL on your comment list. So what you do is go to your dashboard, click settings, then theres a list of things but you click "Comments", And the second question says, "Who can comment?". What you REALLY need to do is click the first one "Anyone- includes Anonymous users". Click save settings and your good!!
