I dont get the arrow part
Ok here, I was in a hurry so I didn't give a lot of directions.
Step 1. Bring up two windows
Step 2. On one of them go to blogger sign in and stuff; new post, and then add image
Step 3. On the other window find any picture you like (to be safe and not have any viruses go to like only famous penguin websites you've heard of or blogspots or websters) click it, make it full size, and at the top copy and paste the URL (www.spongebob727.blogspot.com for example)
Step 4. Go on the other windows and once you hit Add Image, paste it and press your left arrow (on your keyboard you should have a north, south, east, and west arrow)
Step 5. Press and hold the left button until the URL begins with http://
